I have lived in the Greater Washington Area for over 25 years and currently reside in Potomac with my husband and 2 college-bound children. Over the years I have lived in Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, Garrett Park, Bethesda, and Chevy Chase. I have rented, owned, lived in condos, townhomes and detached homes. My husband and I have renovated and expanded our home including kitchen and bathroom renovation, extensive landscaping and a master bedroom and bathroom addition. I have bought and sold and even tried (unsuccessfully) to sell by owner before I became a real estate agent! All of these experiences have provided me with an abundance of practical knowledge about being a home owner, home buyer, home seller and home renovator.
